Good golly that's a mess isn't it. It's only going to get worse in the next couple of weeks, but then it will get much much better - lordy I hope I can hang on, lol.
Mr. Farmhouse said it was nice of me to leave a path through the mess so he could get to his office. Such a funny guy
I'm heading off to quilt market in Houston tomorrow. I've packed a smaller suitcase inside my larger suitcase so that I can bring lots of goodies home with me.
Look for a giveaway when I get back to celebrate my new venture. I've signed a lease on a store here in the town and will be opening Farmhouse Woolens and Dry Goods hopefully by December. This is something I've been thinking about doing sometime next year - I just didn't want to take on another big project at this point. However when the perfect place falls into your lap it's best not to look the other way. So shopping at quilt market has taken on a new meaning. The mess you see above will no longer be in my home but at a new location and that will be sweet. I'm not only going to be carrying wonderful wools and such, but lots of fun things for the home from furniture to seasonal accents a person just can't live without. My website will grow as my store does. Finally a place to house everything I want to do. I've had this vision of a certain store in my head for a very very long time . It will be fun to see it come to life.
Thanks to all the sweet comments on the last post - you blogging peeps are just the best. Now come back on Tuesday and see what's new in the quilting industry and a giveaway.
Until Next Time
